Gala Safire
Safire is a registered Canadian Warmblood (Hannovarian X Dutch). She is 5 years old and 15.1 hands with a lovely temperament and good conformation. She adores any and all attention and her barn manners are impeccable.
Safire is an easy ride for anyone with experience on the flat and has even given a couple beginner lunge and riding lessons. Her jumping is coming nicely, and she is now doing her lead changes. We took her to her first two hunter shows and she competed in the 2ft3 and 2ft6 rings even bringing home a couple of ribbons. She has also done some dressage lessons, and willingly trail rides alone or with others.
At age three a pre purchase x-ray showed a chip in one hock although she was still sound. We sent her off to have the chip successfully removed and with the vets blessing have ridden and jumped her regularly since without difficulty. Currently she is sound, she passes flexion tests and her x-rays look pretty good although not perfect. We believe it is in any horse’s best interest for a purchasor to know her full history. We have set the price to reflect this and therefore it is non-negotiable.
Safire’s temperament and willingness will make her a valuable and much loved horse in any barn. She would be suitable for a intermediate level schooling program and possibly even beginners.
$4000 Canadian. I am also willing to lease her, either on farm or off to an approved rider.
